Handcrafted elegance, inspired by aviation and retro-futurism

The Jazz Fan celebrates motion, craftsmanship and timeless design. Handcrafted by Witold Szostak, it draws from early aviation and retro-futurist aesthetics, combining flowing wooden propellers, woven steel mesh and sculptural engineering into a functional work of art.

Design that breathes

Inside the Jazz Fan’s elegant frame, solid wood blades echo the engineering of classic propellers. The hand-woven steel mesh subtly reveals the dynamic energy within — even when still, it feels alive. Sculptural yet understated, it transforms any interior into a stage for form, air, and imagination.

Design that breathes

Solid wood blades reference the engineering of classic propellers, while the hand-woven steel mesh reveals the mechanics within. Even at rest, the Jazz Fan conveys movement, balance and lightness.

Built with integrity.
Finished with soul.

Every element of the Jazz Fan is selected for lasting beauty and tactile depth.

A material palette where every texture tells a story of authenticity and refinement.

Sculpted solid wood, layered for strength

Crafted from solid wenge and finished by hand, the body combines structural durability with natural warmth. The propellers use a lightweight laminated construction inspired by aviation engineering, balancing strength with refined material character.

Protective and precise

A hand-woven stainless steel mesh protects the internal mechanics while maintaining an open, lightweight appearance. Functional and sculptural at once, it becomes an integral part of the design.

Engineered Softness

The interior lining uses Dacron, a lightweight technical fabric widely used in high-performance sails. It provides structural stability and refined structure.

Precision-bent steel, engineered for balance

Stainless steel rods and tensioned links create a structure that appears almost weightless. The system distributes forces evenly, providing stability while preserving the visual lightness of the form.

Hidden power, beautifully encased

A custom-built transformer housing contains the fan’s control system and power supply. Finished in matching materials, it extends the design language beyond the object itself.
